Product Returns & Exchanges

If you’re looking at our returns section, thank you! That means you've decided to make a purchase. We’re so thrilled that you chose to buy from us, and we want to do everything in our power to ensure you look & feel great in our product!

If your dress does not look or feel perfect, don't worry! You have seven (7) days from the date you received your order to return. 


All merchandise is expected to be unwashed and unstained, in re-sellable condition. Please allow 10-14 business days for returns to be processed. 

Here's How to Make a Return

  • CLICK HERE  to start a return for U.S. orders and generate a prepaid shipping label.

    • When using our prepaid label $7.50 will be deducted from your refund.
    • Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included

  • We do not accept in person returns to our return address, only mail returns. 
  • As soon as we receive your returned item, we refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order.
  • If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.


  • We allow exchanges for a different size, even on sale items over 30% off.
  • Please note: if the item is in stock in the new size, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

Things to Note

  • All discounted items 30% or over are final sale (cannot be returned, can only be exchanged for a new size)
  • Returns must be shipped using the enclosed returns bag.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned product(s) must be unwashed, unstained & in re-sellable condition.
  • We do not accept in person returns to our return address, only mail returns.
  • Returns post marked past 7 days from the date of order receipt will not be refunded or returned to customer.

Shipping Info

Shipping Policy:

  • We do our best to process all orders with in 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Weekends or Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during busy season or sale season shipments may take up to 10 business days. If there will be a significant delay we will contact you.
  • We are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse.

    Shipping Charges:

    • Anywhere in the US: $7.95 - Orders over $100 ship free!
    • International: Our site calculates the shipping as charged by our carrier. Please enter your address for an exact rate quote. - Please allow extra delivery time for customs clearance. All duties are the responsibility of the customer. If you have specific delivery instructions, please let us know.
